About Thoughtfully Delicious
Thoughtfully Delicious is a monthly dispatch, emailed at the start of each month to your inbox letting you know what’s in season, which ingredients deserve special attention this month and how to whip them up into delicious mealtimes.
The recipes are easy and timeless, mostly Italian, and largely vegetarian. The ingredients are simple, few and always seasonal. The menus are balanced and elegant, offered as two or three smaller courses, as per Italian table traditions. Each edition contains a dozen recipes, hand-picked and carefully curated from an obsessively collected and evolving repertoire of time-tested, heritage-rich home-kitchen recipes - and then some!
